Second St. Studios Complex. There are 3 driveways into this large complex. Enter the driveway closest to Lena St. and Cerrillos Rd. (DO NOT enter the driveway with the large 1807 sign and Backroads Pizza.) The mustard-colored building with the modern rust sculptures (old Cloud Cliff Bakery) will be on your left once you've entered the driveway. Go to the second building on your left. It's 2 stories with a big arbor and tree in front of it, as well as a red sign. I'm upstairs.  A physician's name is on the street-level directory. There's an an interior stairway on the right and an exterior stairway and elevator on the left. Let me know if you'll want to use the elevator.
