Every session offers the specific techniques most beneficial to you that given day.  I may draw upon:

• Lymph Drainage Therapy or Manual Lymph Drainage( MLD)
• Complex Decongestive Therapy (CDT) - comprehensive treatment utilizing MLD, compression, self-care education and exercise
• Compression bandaging; also assistance with garment fitting and donning
• Fascial release, scar release 
• Cranio-sacral work
• Visceral manipulation
• Reflexology
• Acupressure
• Gentle or specific massage techniques
• Energy techniques
• Systemic Constellations

 

Payment -  Cash or check accepted. No credit cards or Venmo at this time.

Cancellation Fee - Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid paying for the missed appointment.

Housecalls - May be available by prior arrangement. A travel fee is charged according to time, distance or stairs; $50 minimum.

Compression supplies are charged separately.
